Cutout Compositions is a series of 64 artist-curated works of geometric abstraction generated through an algorithmic process. The pieces form an interlocking architecture of angular cutouts that fit seamlessly together without gaps or overlaps. Within this strict structure, geometry becomes a language for rhythm, balance, and spatial tension. Though born from machine logic, each work carries the warmth of hand-crafted presence—textures reminiscent of brushed pigment soften the precision of the cuts, imbuing the compositions with a tactile vitality that feels alive. Rough Cuts was another hit on FXhash and VM's largest collection, consisting of 512 editions. Released in July 2022, this long-form generative artwork explores forms and shapes by cutting canvas into smaller pieces. Custom coloring and texturing is applied to achieve painterly looking outputs. Four editions of this long-form generative artwork were displayed at Art Basel Miami Beach in 2022 at Tezos Art exhibition space.
